Return Policy
- Defective or wrong items must be claimed with images of the defects within 7 days of receipt and the item must be in its original condition.
- Contact our customer service via email(info@hellofishcreative.com) with : (a) Your order number. (b) Images of the defects. (c) The reason. to get an authorization for return and refundment.
- Items that you wish to return must be delivered at our office within 14 days.
- Each refundment will be processed within 7-14 business days after we received the original items and authorization confirmed.
- We are not responsible for any extra charges including tax and process fee.
- The original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed the refundment.
- Each refundment will be arranged via PayPal account, if you do not have a PayPal account, you need to register an account to proceed refund, please note the refund amount does not include any handling fee from PayPal.
