When will I receive my order?

Warnings and Precautions

1. It takes 7 working days to produce a Custom Wooden Puzzle after confirming the preview image. The producing time may be longer or shorter, depends on the actual situation.

2. Each monitor screen has different color setting, a range of 5% to 15% color-difference between the finished puzzle product and the preview image is normal situation. Please make sure you accept it before place order.

3. The cutting and printing of the wooden puzzle are manually aligned by the master, a range of 1mm to 2mm displacement between the finished puzzle product and the preview image is normal situation, so please do not leave the important text or image too close to the edges in order to avoid being cut.

4. If there are major defects such as: cracks, breakages, severe soiling, severe paint peeling...etc, it is allowed to replace a same Custom puzzle product. We do not accept return and exchange requests due to subjective factors such as differences from imagination, personal aesthetic judgments. In order to determine whether it is a major defect from the product itself, please take a photo of the defect and send it to Hellofish Customer Service for further confirmation (info@hellofishcreative.com), the remade Custom puzzle product will be shipped within 15 days to 25 days after receiving the returned product.

5. Custom wooden puzzles belong to personal customized products for consumers and does not provided 7 days trial period and cash on delivery service.

6.Please do not place an order if you cannot accept the custom regulations or you are in pursuit
of perfection.

7. Hellofish reserves the right not to accept the order for the production of Custom wooden puzzles due to concerns of copyright infringement and other factors.
